Creative Energy is committed to helping our customers grow their operations. We strive to provide our patrons with quality products and services. As a cooperative, Creative Energy, is owned and governed by our patrons who purchase our goods and services. When our business is profitable our members are eligible for patronage based on the volume of qualified products or services purchased from the cooperative.
Background:
Creative Energy, Inc. was formed in 2009 as a result of the merger between Bloom Oil (established in 1929 located in Jamestown) and Farmers Union Oil of South Heart (located west of Dickenson 7 miles).
Creative Energy Inc. is an energy cooperative, comprising of fuel transports (3 refine fuels transports and 2 propane transport), propane and bulk fuel sales (4 bobtails and 4 refined fuel bulk trucks), bulk oil sales, 2 convenience stores (1 in Jamestown- Sooper Stop and 1 in Belfield). The Jamestown and Belfield locations have a large selection of packaged oil inventories.

Bio:
Gary Webb is General Manager and chief executive officer of Creative Energy Inc.
In 2012, Gary was named GM and CEO following 25 years of GM positions in Minnesota. He has been in the cooperative system since 1987.
Since becoming CEO of Creative Energy, Gary has strived to grow and strengthen the company through advancing operations and financial performance.
In the past five years Gary has led Creative Energy in paying back over $2 million in patronage to its patrons.
Gary grew up in west central Minnesota, on a farm and has been emersed in agriculture ever since. Gary lives in Jamestown, but enjoys weekends away in Watertown with his three sons, their spouses and his seven grandchildren.
